the tires are too wide you should have got a 245/30 and 285/25 for starters and the cv2 offers a 20x9 +25 and 20x10.5 +30 ??? thought they only offered 20x9+32,35,&45 and 20x10.5 +25,39, &45 and my advice is to not roll the fenders unless you plan on having bodywork and the panels resprayed. Lexus panels do not roll easy the paint doesn t flex like other cars and the rear fenders usually dimple when the roller rolls over the pinch welds. Best thing to do is either heat up and remold plastic liners or cut them out where it rubs and as far as the fenders go shave them with a air saw and clean it up with a metal grinder touch up paint bare metal and use rubberized undercoating spray to seal it up.

I'm pretty sure he is rubbing on the inside of the wheel well. It doesn't look like he is low enough to be rubbing the outer fender when turning his steering wheel. I would do as D1GP suggested to fix your issue. 255 is huge for up front!
The car looks great though, drop it like its hot!

I'm not rubbing on the fender but actually underliner plastic fender closer to the front door, they are low profiles 30, that is why I don't understand why its rubbing in that area.
PS. Bought the wheels used after 1500 miles, so I didn't choose the tire sizes.
