Default Snow mode in GS430

Anyone tried it yet? Is this better/safer to drive in those conditions with this switch on?

Yes, tried it. It helps a little. You are still the driver and still have to make the judgement if it's safe or not. Best to stay home if weather gets bad. our GS430 is not for bad weather, it's low, it's rear wheel drive.

I did get stuck a few times in snow mode and driving in snow. But it was only a little snow and I knew enough to get myself out of it without problem. Scared me a few times when I was driving on ice. It just slip. But I got momentum to help me get out of that little trouble.

I use this snow mode sometimes in the summer too when I want the car to shift smoother. Use it in stop and go traffic so the car don't shift as rough.

Snow mode just helps you get moving if you don't have winter tires as it makes the acceleration curve slower. It does nothing to keep you in control of your car and isn't any kind of replacement for proper tires.
