Hey,

I've got an 6 GS300 NAV no ML with the factory installed XM radio option (hockey puck on my trunk).

Either my antenna is failing or the XM signal is failing (i've read about all the repeaters being turned off) My signal strength in the SF Bay area is HORRIBLE!!!

My questions:

1) is there a better alternative the OEM antenna?
2) I don't have the shark fin, but could I get a shark fin that would work better (better sky exposure)?

Misc question:

I''ve got kids now (did not have them back in 06) and I've noticed that the back seat is REALLY dark. Has anyone done any mods to increase back seat illumination?
