Hello all! I recently purchased a 2006 GS 300 with Nav and ML. It has 70k miles on it. This is my second Lexus. I have also owned a 98 GS 300 and I loved it. I'm looking for suggestions on mods. I recently got the roof blacked out to see what it would look like. I like it and think I want to get it painted gloss black. I also would like 20" rims, either black with chrome lip, or machined finish. I've looked at several pics and can't decide which drop/stance would look best. What do you think? I have also successfully completed the Bluetooth/DVD mod thanks to this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...ds-thread.html Any Club Lexus GS owners in the Central Texas area? Let me know what you think about the roof. I'm gonna try to locate pics of my 98 gs300 and ill post them when I can. Thanks for reading!

Thanks for the comments. I'm getting tint next weekend! I've decided to go with Madico film. I'm so close to purchasing the Vossen CV3's. They look amazing on the 3rd gen! There are so many wheels to choose from it's really hard to decide. Also still trying to decide on a drop too. Do any of you know of a 3GS with these Megan springs that offer a 2"/1.75" drop rate: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MEGAN...item415a32f9b8 I was wondering what this drop would look like on 20" wheels if anyone could point me to some pics. Thanks again. Oh, and here's another pic:

Welcome to CL! I like the CV3's personally.

Not sure about Megan springs. I suggest you splurge and get coilovers. You won't regret it. Many of us went with drop springs first, then eventually upgraded to full coilovers.

Nice ride!

Like others have said, invest in coil overs and go from there! Get your baseline sorted first, then decide on wheels!
