Default 2008 GS350 loud exhaust under load

I'm looking at a used GS350 with around 50k miles and when I first start the car the exhaust is deep sounding and louder than normal. During acceleration around 1500 to 2000 rpms it sounds loud and deep. The sound does not occur when not under load. Are there modifications that do this or is there something wrong with the car? Also, the black leather seats in the back have a plastic kind of feeling on the top third portion of the seats. Is that normal or are the leather seats just dried out?

Sounds like it has an aftermarket exhaust system. Very typical behavior with one installed on a 3GS.

Would anyone be able to show me what normal and aftermarket looks like? Also people with aftermarket do you hear that constant drone on the highway. The highway was extremely backed up and no way to test out high speed today. Also any input in the seats? They feel real plasticy and while rubbing it my hand had small black fibers on it. There was also another 350 awd that felt similar at that dealer.
