Default Uneven Tire Wear on 07 gs 350

Hey guys, I been looking at an 07 gs 350 AWD with 50 miles on it. I noticed that front tires were like NEW and the back were almost bald? is this a bad sign?? please hellp

Nope just sounds like they replaced the front and never the backs, but correct me if i'm wrong.

Okay so you guys can tell he didnt beat on it really just from the tires? Its a 2007 gs350 with 50k.. no ML with navi for mid 24's good deal?

just by normal driving the tires can wear like that already

But i thought awd all meant that all tires carry the same wear and tear
