Yes, you should shave. May as well do it now and get it over with before you lower it.

You might as well shave it now because you are DEFINITELY going to have to do it if you wanted to drop it.

U still might rub. 10" wide and +26 is pretty aggressive for a 3GS. The tires seem kinda "tall" also in the rear.

Yeah..you rub because those are very aggressive offsets in the rear..if you want you might need to try a pull on those fenders as well.

You can get skinnier tires as well to relieve the rubbing.

I shaved my rear fenders and no more rubbing. I'm running 20x10 +45 with 35 series tires.

first the offset is fine, thay are aggressive but no pull is necessary however you will definiely need to shave the fender almost flat inside here is what mine looks like and I am about 6mm more aggressive than you and second thing is that your tires are overspec you should have a 245/35-19 on the rear and 225/35-19 on the front those are the specs im running on the 19s I have no rubbing at all fron t or rear and those are (F) 225/35-19x9.5 + 17 and(R) 245/35-19x10.5 +25
