if that's for a 350, then it will NOT fit a 430, the 430's intake manifold leads straight out to the middle, rather than the side like in the pictured above.

I would alwasy advise against any cold air intake for NA cars. The sound you get from under the hood is nice, but the headaches are not worth it.

On V8's, you will notice a loss in power for sure, and a probably Check Engine Light due to fouled MAF's.

This is obviously a 430 intake pipe from behind the engine bay:

No, it's not, you're completely wrong because GS430 intake piping goes through the front....

it goes through the front designo not from behind???

what is the different between middle east cars and american cars if they sharing the same engine and instruments??? like 2006-2007 lexus gs430 v8 are the same for american spec and Gulf specifications

why maf damged during installation of intake in Gulf specifications cars and not american cars???

Designo, i very much concur to your power loss statement. The difference between CAI and SRI is that

CAI=more HP
SRI= more TQ

The reason why you "feel" power loss is because the design of a CAI is to yield more HP, sometimes it pulls back TQ on your engine.

And also, please explain how a CAI would have a higher chance of a fouled MAF vs a SRI. Common sense would tell you that a SRI has a shorter pipe, has quicker access to dirt that can reach the MAF sensor vs a CAI.

I have the F-Sport intake for the GS350. Sadly for our 3GS, it does not come with the lower intake box, but you're free to drill some holes in the side of the lower box to replicate the same effect as the IS version of the intake.

The difference in power would be negligible but the difference in sound might be a deeper sound. Try it out and let us know!

difference is going to be the shape of the pipe only.

Are you looking for performance? or for looks/sound?
