Default New 09 GS450h owner - iPhone/iPod question

Hi,

Recently purchased a 09 450h. I don't have the owner's manual yet and itching to listen to the music on my iPhone.

I've got the blue tooth connected to use my phone but haven't figured out the iPod connection yet.

Any help would be appreciated until I get my manuals.

thanks

in the armrest you can use the aux but i think it's pretty useless. there is no direct ipod integration for 09. vaistech imho is your best bet. i had it in my car (sold the car already) and have done many, people are all very happy

So, I checked out Vasitech. Which models did you guys use? What are the major differences. From what I can tell, the differentiators are audio vs. video but what is USB connectivity and other features referring to?

Is this easy to install? Plug n play?

Anyone know if it is supporting the 4s?

I got VaisTech SL2i-UP and has never failed does what I need it to do play my music from my iPod classic to my ML love it and worth the $200 I paid for my installation but its pretty easy to do it yourself. Not sure if it works with iPhone 4S but will try and get back to this thread.

I use the ML+. Its digital audio and plays video. Yes, it works with the iPhone 4S. Its fairly easy to install because its plug and play. The hardest part is removing the NAV screen and the set-up which can be confusing for a first timer. Read the link/thread below when you have time. Its a review by anither member.

really depends on what you want. the cheapest sl2i-up is most basic but very very solid product, works very well. the newest and greatest ml+, best sound and video quality, biggest size (hardest to install), and most expensive. i have done it all, and it really comes down to what you are looking for. they all have their pros and cons
