Replacing valve springs on a GS350?

I just bought a '07 GS350 with 21K miles. The experian report the dealer had didn't show the actual service done on the car. I ran a carfax and it shows the car had valve springs replaced by the dealer at 17K. Is this at all common for these cars? I've never heard of replacing valve springs at such low mileage.

Alright guys, I found the search feature.....
Looks like valve springs were a big issue and a TSB was issued. Mine was done in early 2011. The only other notable service on the car was back in June of 2009 when it had a fuel line/hose replaced. I thought I read a few people mentioning a TSB for fuel rails/lines. Can anyone confirm this?
Thanks,
Todd

There was a recall for both the valve springs and most recently the fuel system needs a fitting checked for leakage and tightened. I just recently had both of them completed. The fuel system recall is no big deal and does not take them very long. However, the valve spring recall is a major deal and typically takes a couple of days.
