Default Seat buckle missing or fell in?

I have an 08 GS450h and the middle seat belt buckle is missing in the rear seat. It's either completely missing or it fell in to the seat.

Is there an easy way of fishing it out if it's in there?

Tried that yesterday - didn't work. I should get one of the kids with smaller hands to do that.

Probably not a bad idea to get some smaller hands to fish it out. You may end up having to take the bench part of the seat out to get to it. That buckle has to be in there. It may even be the law that says you have to have as many seatbelts in the car to match the listed seating capacity. And depending on whether your state does safety inspections, a missing belt could be a valid reason to fail the vehicle during a safety inspection.
