No they cant do that. They are raping you on the part. Tell them you will call Lexus Corp and report this if they wont work with you. Either they match the price or you bring the part in yourself.

remember its YOUR car and they dont make the calls

so what were you trying to do anyway

i shorted out a wire, brought to toyota dealer (no lexus dealer around here) to get it fix, they gave me quote and i told them yea just fix it, now to find out part is cheaper on sewellparts.com using CL member discount. (i was trying to get the front cig lighter socket to work, by tapping it to the ignition wire, but it didnt go right haha)
