Default Windows issue

I can't control passenger windows from the driver seat. Anyone seen this issue or know how to fix it?

To elaborate, I just recently replaced my car battery with a new one. I notice the "LED light" on the driver's side window blinks. I cannot roll down the passenger and rear windows from the driver side control panel. And the "window lock" is not enabled. I can however open/close the passenger side window from the controls on the passenger side door.
