Hey CL I'm Tony I'm 22 years old from cen cal and will be posting up pix of my car soon but i ran into some stuff..i ordered some tanabe lowering springs online (on ebay) and it did not come with the spiral cushion thing that wraps around the upper part of the springs to reduce noise when rubbing. Well from you guys experience who has been lowered on DF210, are the spiral cushion part important? (or should i not install it and go forth with the install) and also on the box it says its says its for a gs430 06 but i have a gs300 06. As for parts number it is tdf112. From my understanding the 430 also have the same parts number,? but i also understand that it is about .1" lower maybe heavier? so will the tdf112 fit my gs300 properly, it does still share the same parts number? thanks in advance i want these in soon so any feed backs are appreciated.

1. springs are the same between both cars so your fine.

2. they dont come with that coil wrap and you dont need them, I never had any noise with my DF springs.

3. when you install they suggest you cut the bump stop for these springs.

if you really want the coil wrap you can either order some from tein or for a cheaper solution, you could get clear tubing from home depot that will do the same thing.
