Default Which iPod integration product?

I have a '07 GS350, non ML. I'm looking for an iPod integration product for my iPod classic. I was looking at the VAIS tech ML+ but that requires a product with IOS 4 or 5. What are my best options if I plan on using my iPod classic?

You could always go with the VaisTech SL2i-UP or SL2Vi.

They don't have the best user interface, but will work for a classic.

I believe you can switch the ML+ into a mode that will support the iPod Classic (might verify with VaisTech), then if you ever upgrade you will be covered and have the nice interface.

I have the iSimple my friend got my discounted for 80 bucks. It does its job, has full control through interface and steering wheel but sometimes when i turn on the car, my whole radio interface locks up for about a minute while the iSimple starts up. Kinda annoying IMO and i'd rather fork out the cash to not have that problem.

Not sure. Never listened to an ML+ to compare. Hit up rominl. He can certainly help you.

I have this too, with iPod and Sirius integration....

For the price the 30 sec freeze on start up doesn't bother me...

Sounds great with the ML but I assume they all sound the same no matter the brand as it is reading a digital signal.

And for video playback in motion I followed the instructions on this forum and did it myself, super easy, 3 wires....

So I've narrowed my choices down to the SL2Vi or the VML. Which would you recommend between the 2?

actually a lot of the ipod integration kits are doing analog audio. for example vaistech, vml and ml+ are the one on digital sound (iirc)
