I have the VAISTech SL2i unit in my GS350 and it doesn't charge my iPhone 4. From what I've read, the iPhone 4 charges at 5v and the SL2i charges at 12v? Will the iPODSL2i72UP cable fix my problem?

if you have the sli i think the connect is a bit different from the cable you found on ebay? might want to double check with vaistech

otherwise i think you can just get the adapter from them (30 bucks) for 5 charging?

I can't get any Ipod touch or Iphone to charge with my Vaistech....so I just us/bought an Ipod classic.

scosche makes an adapter that will allow charging on the newer iphones and ipod touches for older ipod connections.

it doesn't show that it works with the iphone 4, but im sure it does, since when they switched over to the iphone 3g, they moved where the charging pin went to.

I have that adapter and it works. The problem I have with it is that it really extends the original plug end and it doesn't lock in to my phone the way the original plug does. The adapter always falls out of my phone if I just move it a little bit.
