Anybody want to post the tires on their car, I might jump on these and get them when my new rims come in.

Cause usually the tire can look fat don't really like the fat looking tire, would rather it be a little skinner like the bridgestone.

Default Tires

If it cost you $1300 for the Michelins listed above you were taken. I have the same tires on my car and I paid $900 out the door. I got them at a Michelin tire Center.

The cheapest I could find the Michelins was $270 per tire. Do the research and you'll see. That's $1080, plus tax, mounting, balancing, disposal, etc. It's $1300 out the door, trust me, and no, I wasn't gonna get taken, I know how to negotiate. I negotiated with Discount Tire to get them to go from $169 per tire to $154 on these tires.

Regardless, I'm completely satisfied with the Contis and with the price I paid for them. That's all that matters.

IMO....DWS are "fatter". Ordered a set of 235/35 &275/30-20 to replace Falkens in the same size and the Conti DWS were noticibly "fatter". I had to exchange for 225/35 & 265/30-20 to fit like the Falkens did. DWS's do ride great in the rain too!

I too, have these on my GS and love them. I think as I put mileage on them, they started to get noisier, but only when coming to a stop. At highway speeds, noise is definitely not an issue.

I must Agree! I ditched my Michelin pilot sport for the DWS tires myself. I love the dws, and the price is much better. I paid a little under 600 shipped for my dws from tirebuyer.com about 7 months ago.

Side Note: I ran over something sharp and blew out the tire from the inside. I called conti and they replaced my tire with no hassle at all. I just went to one of their dealers and just payed to have the tire mounted and balanced. Needless to say it was a great road hazard warranty they have.

Most guys know me on here for puting some crazy miles on my GS. I have over 57k on my front tires (245 35 19) and the DWS indicator letters are all still on the tire. I am going to get 100k out of a set of low profile (staggered setup) non-rotated tires! My 275 30 19 rears were toast after 48k due to camber issues which I fixed by installing a rear camber kit. I was so impressed with this tire, I bought a set for my wifes RX. Best tire in the rain!!!

I'm running the DW not DWS currently and am looking for my next replacements. I must say my tires when new were pretty quite and smooth, now nearing end of life I am starting to hear road noise. I was looking at the DWS, Toyo Proxes 4 and Nitto Neo Gen and NT 555. all of which I have had before on previous cars except for the NT555. Right now I'm leaning towards the DWS or NT 555's.
