Please help

when i bought my lexus, it only came with one car remote.

i called lexus and they quoted me $400 for new fob and key, programmed. i saw some on ebay from $50-$100 used. what to do????

i've read that i can do it if i can find a remote with the same numbers found on back of remote.

Your best option is to go through sewell but havent heard anyone suceed with the ebay keys they always ended up buying a new key. but if you find a cheap key with the same code, I'd buy it and try it and if it doesnt work, at least you didnt pay a lot.
