Newbie question but, what is the easiest way to change the foglight bulbs? Can it be done sitting on the ground or do I need to drive it up on ramps? I'm assuming this has to be done from underneath via the lower plastic/skid plate access panels.

can be done on the ground and you dont even need to remove the wheels, just turn the wheel all the way for each side

That's how I installed my fog HIDs. It's not the best way to access that harness but it does the job.
