HID Fog Choices
I have narrowed my choices down to an HID kit for my fogs to either DDM Tuning or HIDExtra. I believe the DDM is a little cheaper with a lifetime warranty. Anyone have any experience with either one of these? I would appreciate any feedback and recommendations. Thanks

I have used ddm and actually have them on my 430 and I have had great luck with them. Their customer service/shipping info has became a lot better. I have kits that are in the third year of use and still perfect.
I will say that the quality is still good but not as nice as my older ones. I still have no worries about my kits though.

If you are just talking about a hid kit then no. It will operate the same as if left original. You would just order a 9006 hid kit 35watt in what ever temp you'd like. And another thing is, at certain angles the light assembly will look yellow but others it'll look like a normal bulb is on there. Depending on how the reflector reflects it. Output though is better and all the light that's thrown out is yellow on 3k bulbs.

You'll get the best after sales support from XenonDepot by far. I have the "last generation" XenonDepot Xtreme kit and they too start of green but only for a couple of seconds.

green to yellow transition is not a big deal, it's pretty normal at first time using it. After 15 minutes, it's solid yellow.
seriously it's just a HID not choosing an engagement ring or something, just pick any HID kits you'll be fine.
