Default Air ventilation won't turn off

There is a button to let air in from outside and next to it a button to not let air ventilation in. But when I press for no air ventilation I still feel air coming in. What could be the problem? I just had my 60k service done is there something they could have done while doing that service?

Did they replace your cabin filter? Did they break your recirculation flap?

Absolutely. If you try opening that door by any means other, the the "recirc" button you WILL break it.

button that lets air flow from your ac vents(picture looks like arrow pointing into your car) and button that has an arrow inside your car which stops air from flowing. what is the correct way to open your cabin filter door?

K look, if u leave arrow around the car you will not have outside air coming in. If you leave arrow allowing outside air vents will blow outside air. It is usually felt at highway speeds. Now if you door is broken then that means you always have outside air coming in without you being able to control it. If lexus broke it go back there and let them know the deal. Easy way to check this is to take apart glove compartment up to the door and see if it closes and opens while pressing outside air and inside air.
