Has anyone experienced a problem with the driver side HID Fog light not working or going out after awhile? When I installed the fogs, both were working but soon after the driver side fog went out. I switched bulbs to see if that was the problem, but the bulb was good. Check voltage to power cable but good. When I switched driver side HID and ballast to right side it worked!!! Right side works like a charm, but left side doesn't. What now? Seems I remember some other complaints about this awhile ago, but not sure how or if there was a resolution for this problem.

i had the same problem, and gave up and put normal bulbs in last year, a couple weeks ago i gave it another shot with a local shop that said they guarentee it wont happen, so if it does at least they will change it for me for free... but id rather know what causes it.

Check your fog light harness plugs for burnt terminals or corrosion. It's a common issue with the 2IS using over-watted bulbs. HID's use a ballast so it probably won't apply, but you never know.
