Made appt with local Lexus dealer, my service writer did mention he will research it because depending on model, date of manufacture, etc., there might possibly even be a TSB on my car. And my rotors were cut 3,000 miles ago, late last year, and perhaps there may still be warranty on the work performed.

We'll see on Monday.

updated!!!

So I changed out the front pads with AKEBONO (heard great reviews) and front OEM rotors. I still have the vibration problem, if i am brake from 60+ light it will vibrate . A little bit about the car: 2007 GS350, 30,000 miles, no accidents or anything. HELP!! This is bugging me. Could it be the rears?

It sounds like the rotors, I went to my mechanic this past winter and he told me the vibration is from the rotors, as they are going out soon. dealership verified, maybe bring it to a mechanic and let them check it but it sounds like rotors.

(thanks for always helping out here on the forums) I just ordered some Centric Premium rotors for the rear and akebono pads. I will replace everything and lets see what happens. I am getting the vibrations through the seat and not the steering wheel. my car only has 30k miles (but did buy used) so I dont know how that could happen to the rear brakes.

I had a problem like this before , changed out my brake pads and turned the rotors my best friend is a mechanic and does all my work still it was shaking when I was braking. Come to find out I had bad tires in the front it was un-balanced and the tires was lump looking so it would shake when I brake or when I drive at higher speeds. Does yours shake without braking? Because if it does then It could be the tires. Besides that most of the its the rotors or pads, usually when I get new pads I turn the rotors so you get a flat surface from the pads and rotors when it meets = to a smooth braking.

ok THANK YOU EVERYONE for helping out and all the input. Looks like it was the rear rotors and/or pads. I changed out to some Centric rotors and akebono brake pads. Braking is smooth as butter, I went ahead on did a brake fluid flush while I was at it. Thanks!
