Default Removed resonators and its a little too loud

hey guys,

so i bought a 2006 GS430 a few months ago and after looking through the posts i decided to take it into the muffler shop and have them remove the resonator to give it more of a true V-8 sound without spending a ton of money. well after driving it for the last couple days the drone around 1800-2200 is a little louder then i'd have hoped. i know it's probably not loud enough for some but i like the quietness of the cabin. i love the sound outside the car and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on quieting down the noise inside the car. i was thinking of putting dynamat or sound deadener in the trunk where the mufflers are, i know some companys make exhaust tips with small resonators built in. any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!

I did the same same thing back when I had my Acura TL. I couldn't stand the drone for daily driving, drove me crazy. My wife ran over something in the road and destroyed everything under the car. I ended getting oem exhaust from headers back replaced. If it wasn't for the accident I probably would have went to a junk yard looking for the exhaust to replace mine.
