IS this a Good Deal?
2007 GS450h with every option including radar cruise and Active stabilizer thing with around 50K miles and certified for 27700.
Some concerns I have about it:
1. Buzzing sound coming from just above the navigation that goes away when I push down on it
2. The wipers sit about and 1-2 inches above the black part of the windshield at the base-WTF?
3. The car pulls slightly to the right even though they aligned it
4. Wind noise from the sunroof at anything above 60mph when the shade is open
5. Crappy Kuhmo Ecsta tires-even though they are brand new have a lot of road noise
For items 1-4, the dealer says they want me to purchase it first and then they'll fix it under warranty but they don't want to fix everything now if I'm not going to purchase it.
What are your thoughts guys?

Price is good
Typical a dealer wont want to fix minor things in case they dont sell it and send it to the auctions. Just get what they owe you in writing and I always suggest to have them finish the work first and then go pick up the car. Pushes them to make it a priority and you know that you left with the car as you expected it.

-lovely dash rattle. I would probably fix this yourself. Search what others have found as a fix.
2. The wipers sit about and 1-2 inches above the black part of the windshield at the base-WTF?
-That is "snow" mode. Just push them back down. Its normal.
3. The car pulls slightly to the right even though they aligned it
-probably the crappy tires, mine had the same when I got it. Toss them for something better.
4. Wind noise from the sunroof at anything above 60mph when the shade is open
-I never had this issue?
5. Crappy Kuhmo Ecsta tires-even though they are brand new have a lot of road noise
-Ditch these tires, maybe they will swap off another car for you? These tires are just horrible IMO.

2. You can hold the base of the wiper and push it down really hard (towards the direction you want it to go - towards the engine), it will pop into the "summer" mode position. Right now it is probably in the winter mode.
3: car pulling to the right is usually the roads, and are magnified by the tires. I had the blizzack LM-25 on my GS and it pulls to the right a lot or towards all the imperfections on the road. After I changed them to Continental ExtremeContact DWS, there was only a very slight pull. It pulls to the right because roads are made to be slightly angled to the right for safety and water draining purposes. Just in case a driver falls asleep, the car will go to the right instead of on coming traffic. Note, when the road is angled towards left slightly, it does pull to the left instead.

Carfax is about it, car can still be certified after being in a car accident if there is no sever damage. Other then that these cars are pretty much built proof. Nothing I would be worried with especially being certified.

I would make sure they give you a list of the work they have done on the car that way you know exactly what needs to be done as yur close to the 60K margin. Usually some dealerships will already do the 60K service when close to the margin.

Make sure you get then to write the contract down on a piece of paper for fixing all these issues, and make sure the rattles are fixed because it does get pretty annoying. Make them take the dashboard apart and install foams. But other wise, everything else is an easy fix and the price is really good. Good luck!

Its called a DUE BILL. No dealer in their right mind will fix a car for you PRIOR to you even committing to a purchase. A due bill is a LEGAL signed document between dealer and buyer that promises work will be done within 30 days of purchase. You'll be fine even tho this thread is a week old. I have a dealer, and that's how business is normally done when work is promised.

I think it's a decent price only b/c it's a CPO. I paid $28k from a private seller for my 07 and had 12k miles.
I felt the same way but I think it's b/c of the runflats. I changed my wheels out and am running on toyos and is much better

everything you mentioned is not covered under the basic warranty if it's over 50k miles.
Put a deposit on it and make them fix it first before you sign all those papers.
don't let them push you into buying the car first before cuz they might not fix it..esp if it's a small dealership.

Well I actually went ahead and purchased the car without everything getting fixed but was assured that everything is covered under warranty. I have a service scheduled the Wednesday to fix all the rattles, and numerous other small things on their dime and they're giving me a loaner car. They stated the certified Lexus warranty is the same as a new car warranty. And the dealership is one of the larger ones here in Nor Cal, its the Fremont Lexus.

Its actually the dealer who is responsible for fixing the car not the warranty on your car. If I recall correctly you have to wait ~ 60 days for warranty to approve something or they will fight that it was pre-existing and this is the dealerships responsibility to make sure the car is ready. SO long you have a "we owe" in writing to back up what they have to fix your good.
