$18K sounds high to me. I think $17K or $16.5K would be better for a car without nav and ML.

my 06 is a RWD with the same mileage, but I have ML, Nav, parking sensors, etc. If I could get $18k I'd sell it in a heartbeat.

$18k sounds way too high. As Patrick mentioned, $16.5-17 sounds fair.

$18k seems really high, there is one for sale from the dealer around my area that is the same price, and pretty much everything is the same. I would try to get it down to at least $16.5k since it is being sold by a private party.

It would depend on how important Nav and the ML is to you. If its not that big of a deal, get it. But personally I would try and find one with these options because it really makes it a whole different car, plus you are gettin the car used, price wouldn't really be that much different.

I thing 16k is OK. The Lexus navigation isnt that great anyways (i have the 07). If you have an iPhone/iPod then it would be somewhat worth it to see if what Vaistech has that is compatible with that car since it doesnt have ML. Yhe ML sounds are OK but not worth the extra $$ if you are an 'audio' person.

i still think 16k is a bit much with no navi.. i'd try to get it for 15k.
here's a tip for buying cars...wait til its near the end of the month...
you can negotiate better with them cuz it cost them money to keep the car in there inventory.
I just bought my 08 gs350 2 weeks ago... they were asking 26,500.
i got them down to 25k under the condition that i had to pick it up before feb 29.
So i'd hold out if i was you. And personally, i'd get the navi if i was you.
