My wife has an 05 RX330 with Navigation non-ML head unit, but she prefer the Garmin Nuvi. I have an 06 GS300 AWD with non Navigation, non-ML. I feel it's a waste that she doesn't use her navigation and my GS300 needs one. I see the display screen is about the same size for both car. I wonder if I can switch the head unit around? Thanks.

No, two totally different units with different housings. Not to mention the wiring harness that needs to be brought from the RX to the GS to work. Possibly need to transfer the amplifier too, and wire length might not fit from the GS to the RX and the wires from teh RX might be too long to the GS. the list goes on and on if you get the picture lol

Yep...highly doubt it will fit. But, with enough time, money and ambition, you can make it work!

What this would never work, they are two different systems. If anything you could get one off ebay but you would do more harm than good.

if he's on ebay he may as well just get the correct GS300 head unit rather than an RX one

Got side tracked never finished the sentance, I meant he could get a GS 300 head unit off ebay than using the rx one as it would do more harm than good.
