Default park assist

How do I know if my car has park assist? I have the button in the hidden compartment, but when I push it no light comes on on the dash. I do have navigation and ml with back up camera.

Park assist is a proximity sensor letting you know you are too close. Leave it on and when something is close to the car it will beep. Funny when people walk pass the car in front or back and it beep too.

Once you hit the button a green p should light up on the bottom left of the cluster near were the tpms would light up.

Check you bumpers and see if you have sensors in it, looking like round little buttons, you can't miss them. My car (Navy and ML) has the park assist button, along with the AFS button, but I have neither option. Buttons are pretty much standard.

I don't have any round sensors on the front or rear, just to small squares. I found out I do have AFS though. Thanks for the help fellas.
