Windshield rattles after tint?
I just bought my 430 less then a month ago and the same night I took a road trip to AC. Well I noticed a little bit of noise coming from the windshield/dash when I would hit a decent bump. It was kind of annoying but not to bad. So today I go and get the car tinted including a light tint on the windshield. Well on my way home I noticed the rattles got 10x worse and it's to the point were I can't drive without the radio on or I just wanna run it into a tree lol j/k but seriously it's that annoying. So I call my Lexus dealer and set up an apt for Friday but the guy made it sound like he's never ran into this problem before.So I guess we'll see what happens. Did Lexus ever have a recall on this problem?

alot of people have this problem. luckily im not one of them. but i think there may have been something for it. but not a recall! others should be able to help much more than me sorry. lol i tried!

Did they take off the rearview mirror and the windshield and not install it right? I've done front windshield tint on all my cars to date and no issues, have 4 cars at home right now with windshield tint. But sometimes they'll take off the mirror and not set it back right. I'd start there only obvious problem if just tint was done. Btw any pics? I'll eventually do the windshield on the GS.

Well I think it was just water making it alot worse then normal. Now that it's dry its not too bad. I think Im still gonna take it in just to see if they can fix it completely.

Well if water running down the dash is the real reason why it made the noise more noticeable then there's an obvious issue somewhere. Lol doesn't make sense but if they'll look at it for no charge I'd definitely go for it.
