Btw for ryan78, I got the unit from our vender FXAuto. Call them up!! Great price, nice people, it's where I got my CV3s from as well. Hope mods dont mind me being a lil exaggerated for FX

Most of these throttle controllers do nothing more than adjust the input when you step on the gas, similar to what SNOW or PWR mode does. For example, in ECO mode a 25% depression of the gas peddle will translate into a 15-20% actual throttle input to the engine. In power mode, the same 25% might equate to 30-35% throttle input to the engine. There is no actual change to the ECU. You can do the same thing with your foot. You want better gas mileage? Use less lead on the throttle. You want better acceleration? Step on it! These throttle controllers do nothing you can't already do by varying the amount you step on the accelerator.
