I believes this is the OEM spec nut for a 06 GS300 AWD:

But what I need to ID is this one:

Apologized for the huge images, I just wanted to show all the details.
BTW, they both have the same thread.
Any idea/info is greatly appreciated. Thanks

second nut is off a civic you can tell because of the acorn and the plastic ring. they will work on any lexus and infact its what i usually use with aftermarket wheels since there low profile and very easy to get a hold of cheap

they will work as a replacement to a factory lug nut in a pinch

Thanks for the info.
I don't know much about civic. Any more info on the year/model of civic you are talking about?
Or they all use the same style nut?

1st one looks OEM Lexus (Flat Seat) and second looks aftermarket (acorn seat).
Lexus OEM is 12mm X 1.50 Thread Pitch Flat Seat

If the thread pitch is the same, it may work.

its pretty much any honda/acura with hubcaps hence the plastic ring its what holds it on the car! no aftermarket lug nuts have that plastic ring unless they are a OE replacement for a honda/acura

pitch is the same between honda/acura/toyota/lexus
