I've tried searching everywhere for a similar problem but to no avail. I'm stuck. I bought my 06 GS300 with ML March 3 2012. About a month later the signal quality started dwindling durin a rainstorm and never came back. I bought the car at Carmax, so I thought maybe the free "trial period" for the Sirius had run out. I called Sirius, set up my own account, followed the Signal refreshing procedure
1.
Set to ch 184. ( it's stuck on 184 and all the presets are set to 184 ???? wierd )
2.
wait 15-20 minutes ( I've left it there for an hour. )
3.
HARD RESET by removing battery lead for 10 minutes. ( no help )


Still not working. Has anyone heard of this issue.

Can you access the sat box in the back of the car?

I would say unplug it.
Turn the car back on without it. use the stereo navi ect.

Turn the car off.

Plug the sat box back in. Check it again.

I tried this and called Sirius for the " send signal " thing. Waited the 20 minutes.
Stil no worky

There isnt a break in the antenna line right?

I don't think so. Im going to put a multimeter on it. Or try another antenna like a puck. Just as a test.

Update. Antenna is god but still no change. I'm starting to think it's the interface because when I turned it on and removed the antenna. The screen didn't tell me there was a problem with the antenna. I remember when it did work that when the signal was marginal I would see the word " Antenna " blinking.
