Yup, same here! Although both the local BMW & Mercedes dealerships are outstanding.

Roseville Lexus in CA, is weak too. Have to ask for a loaner and when I get one, I don't even get a Lexus. I got a Toyota Tercel... wow. But hey, it came with the shady Hertz navigation...

Great way to advertise your latest product for free. The Acura dealership I go to for my previous Acura do the same. Latest cars for loaner. They get suckers like you to trade in every 2-3 years. :P
Haven't had a need for a loaner yet with my <5000miles 3GS but I saw their loaner fleet and looks to be the same marketing strategy.

Well going to pick up my car tomorrow morning. They changed front struts and rear view mirror. I only have 36,000 miles and it needed new struts? That's crazy

When I went for an oil change, I made an appointment online and requested a loaner for the time being.
They gave me brand new RX350. Nice car but I would never ever get anything like that, too much of an identity crisis.

I did get my car back with the radio station changed to a some hip hop station, which I didn't really care for, but I thought it was a bit unprofessional.

You're right, Lexus of Orlando has great service because it's only one dealership in this city, LEXUS OF ORLANDO lol... the manager is very strict there also. Once one of the salesman was walking around and a woman asked for directions, he goes and points her (very politely I might add) the way to the bathroom. And the owner of the dealership walks up to him n goes "what are you doing? Next time, I want you to WALK the customer to the bathroom to make sure they're satisfied". It's just those little things that send you back.

In Miami, you got your good dealerships and your bad. My first time signing up for this forums I posted about how horrible my service was. Even complained to corporate lexus without a reply. I've sinced moved on and feel better and more at home with Lexus of Orlando.

Dude. Go to Sac Lexus next time if u don't mind the distance for driving back and forward. Sacramento dealer is been great since I started my car serviced there. They just gave me a brand new Ct200 for loaner in the case of repairs to the engine of my 06 gs300.

Thanks sokanu, I may just do that. The Roseville one is close to my wife's work, so I just have her drop it off on the way in, but the Sacramento one may be worth checking out.

it's hideous on the outside and nice on the inside, i've given it enough time and consideration to let it "sink in" but it just doesn't cut it for me.... it just looks like a 2IS outside in the front
