Default So I'm convinced!!!!!

When I first saw the new GS I was not impressed. I really wasn't liking it at all. So I take my gs430 in for service this morning and they give me a loaner,The new GS350 fully loaded with 19 miles. I get in the car and was taken away but the interior especially the display screen "huge"!!!! So I get on my way to work and jump on the highway and was blown away. The pick up and cornering was great. I really didn't think it would match up to the previous GS I was wrong I now love the car. Think I might be doing a trade in very soon... I had a couple of compliments at the office and thumbs up.. So I'm now convinced!!

Wow, I need to go to your dealership. They probably did it so you would actually want to trade in. Still thats cool and fully loaded +1

Wow, that sure beats the other loaners I've seen at the dealers!

Yeah englewood Lexus here in new jersey are top notch!! They even have water in the waiting room with a Lexus label on the bottle... The thing that blew my mind was the heated messaging chairs...

That is the perfect way to snag an extended test drive! None of this "aaaand we're gonna go ahead and make a right up here... and back to the dealership"

I wish I could get loaners like that instead of ES350s with a strange musty odor. The loaner cars at the dealers around here are run by Hertz Rental. They have agreed to provide Lexus models (rather than Toyotas) but they are all ES350s.

I test drove one and the difference in feel was AMAZING. The 3GS certainly feels heavy and you can tell you're driving a large sedan. The 4GS felt insanely nimble and light. It definitely was an upgrade from the 3GS in many ways like the trunk space!

LOL.... Lexus of Orlando does the same thing, not only do they have water in the waiting room, you got people COMING to you with water (same elxus label and all), asking if you'd like a bottle. They've got a full smack area with popcorn and food & sandwiches and cookies. They unfortunately have the massage seats near the front of the dealership rather than the waiting room.... All in all, 90% of lexuses are top notch IMO. You guys should check out the one they're opening/opened in Miami, it's suppose to be pretty much a full mall with spa/nail salon and everything in there

That's where i got my 3gs years back! I don't get the car serviced there anymore though, too expensive.

It's time for me to switch dealerships! It seems like I have to fight for anyone's attention whether it's in the showroom or the service department.

Dang. You guys are lucky to have such great dealerships around you. To buy a car here you have to bag plead and do everything yourself. No one wants to sell a car, deal with you and they have no customer service. Very jealous.
