check your spark plug wires for any damage...my buddy was getting a misfire once and it turned out to be a bad wire

you changed the spark plugs yes, but did you try swapping out the wires as well?

We get misfire codes on our 07 Camry as well. We changed the coil and it cleared up for a few months. Then it appeared again. We changed another coil and 2 weeks later it appeared again. Never changed the wires. That will be done very very soon now.

Isn't the 3.0L is a V6 which mean it have 6 coils right? You changed 1 coil out of 6.... your chance of guessing the correct one is 16% and the chance of getting it wrong is 83%. What you need is a way to test to see which one is bad, if any.

Agreed, what's the code that gets thrown up?

You never know as you might get thrown into limp mode and not notice it.
