I've done quite a bit of searching, but can't seem to find the answer. I want to put winter performance tires on the car for the winter, but I would rather use a 17" rim instead of an 18" rim. Has anyone used stock 3GS 17s on a 2006-2007 GS430 or 2008+ GS460? I am concerned about (a) whether the rims will clear the brakes, and (b) whether the tires are too narrow such that it will severely compromise handling (only from a safety perspective),

It will clear, all gs350,gs460, and gs430 have same exact calipers.
