My first mods
If these are considered as mods, then they are the first I have ever done on any of my cars LOL. Painted the roof (Onyx black 202), tint (35% all around), Kazz carbon fiber emblem insert (front and back).

Looks good with the black top but instead of painting you could get a film that overlays it black much more cost effective and if you ever wanna go back to white you could just have it removed. I only say this because I painted my white STI roof black too and regretted it later on ended up paying to paint it back white lol.

Thanks for the feedback. I gave it a good thought as well before going with paint. 1) The wrapping material I looked at was 3M DI-NOC and its life expectency (out door) is only rated for 3 years (12 years indoor), and I was not able to find any proven info on the removal process after 3 years of use. 2) You do have to maintain the vinyl in order to keep it shiny and fading will occur 3) I pretty much want this to be permanent.

I can't wait for black roofs to go out of style. I don't know where I developed this bitter hate for them. That said, clean execution and most people like them. I'm the oddball.
Congrats on your first mods!
