Loaners are always the best. haha.
Funny thing is that i was doing this speed in a 40mph speed limit zone. Sometimes your simply in the mood.

...what? it's out right now shawdawg, go on the lexus website :P it's been out for a few months now lol, the 450h isn't out yet (unless THAT'S out now!)

I did 135 i believe, I shut down because I just didn't feel comfortable with that speed anymore, it makes my heart race and my hands shiver... it's not the car it's just how I feel when I speed beyond a certain limit (at 100-110 i'm already poo'ing in my pants).

sa'll good sa'll good Only reason why I know the 2012 was out (i was unaware like you) was because I went to the dealer for some maintanence and saw it, then the next day in area close to my house I saw a 2012 (possibly 2013??) GS.

EDIT: My apologies, they called the release of the new GS's the 2013 GS, my bad about earlier I find it silly when they slap a 2013 label on a car that's released in 2012, I can never keep up with that. Same as when my aunt bought a 2003 LX470 in 2002, there was absolutely no different as far as my eyes could see, but they labeled it an extra year ahead LOL!

Somewhere on I 80 coming back from Chicago, after I bought the car, I did 120. Felt solid.

I almost never go past 80. Tickets are expensive. And anything past 100 they arrest you. I'm too old for that ****.

What's that old saying, "When you're dumb, you suffer"? One day he'll suffer.

IMO, your moment of impulse is disrespectful to the neigborhood and can end up causing someone's life. I say this because I have 2 kids who like to play in the front yard and a reason why I chose to buy a house in a low speed zone. There are just so many ways that things can go wrong at that speed in a residential street. If you want to satisfy your implulse, then take it to the track or an empty highway.

Agree with you. Very stupid to do over the speed limit on neighborhood road. But you also need to teach your kids not to go on the road. If the ball roll out there, leave it. Most cars drive on the road and they don't always have visibility.

I'm continue to be amazed at the comments and posts from CL members.
Are you kidding me? You're comparing a full grown adult to a child? You have a lot more self control than a child! Doing that kind of speed in the neighborhood is irresponsible and reckless no matter how you look at it.
