Windshield Wipers Dead

Started my car in the rain yesterday and windshield wipers did not come on. Tried to flip the switch and nothing. Out in the car this morning checking them and there seems to be no response. They don't move, flicker, budget, nothing in any position on the switch. The car will spray to clean but wippers don't wipe. Any thoughts???

Checked Fuse it looks fine. Don't have any 20 amp spares but assuming that can't be it since I don't see a break in it.
