If the deal is done, it doesn't really matter.

All that does matter is if you're happy and we hope so.

Welcome to CL!

Well since you are asking for opinions...... that's quite a bit more than I'd pay for that car.

Well... in that case then yes it seems pricey for that car unless your OTD listed includes sales tax. When asking for comparisons it's best to just list vehicle price before TTL as each state is a bit different and you want apples to apples since you cannot change the TTL portion. Anyhow, if your OTD # listed above includes taxes/fees/etc. (assuming NJ sales tax of 7%), then it's just ok w/ a sale price of ~ $27k... Personally, I think you left some decent $ on the table... and definitely $$$$ if that's your # before TTL.

thats high imo. ive seen 07 350s with less miles go in the low to mid 20s.

also what does your warranty state? is it from time of purchase or time it was first registered?

That's high..if you want to compare,

I bought my 07 AWD (45k miles / fully loaded/new brakes rotors and brand new tires)CPO for about 33k OTD almost 3yrs ago.

I agree with the above statements. Sorta high. Doesn't really matter at this point. Just enjoy it, and welcome to Club Lexus!

2008 gs350 no ml w/ nav certified pre owned 45,000 miles

dealer listed 34k walked out for 28,500 no down w/ trade at 3%

i basically shopped around

made a spreadsheet of similar vehicles and presented my pricing to the dealer i test drove them, had them make me an offer... then walked.. compared final offers and told them what i wanted to pay no more no less

they will call you back and when they do you are set.

Default Thanks for the replies..what about my warranty

As i mentioned, i did get 5 yrs 125k miles. Included in my number..does that not have any value? Is everyone here a diyer or dont you feel that the peace of mind that comes w a warranty should be considered w the deal? If i sold the car a year from now with 10k more miles on the odo and 4 years or 125k miles left to the warranty, i venture to say i could get at least 26k from a private buyer. Which would mean ive essentially leased the car for 360 a month w no down payment. This is only a hypothetical, but i see what private buyers are selling theirs for and even what dealerships are selling gs350s w ultra high miles. I dont disagree that i may have left something on the table, but i also think the downside risk or intrinsic loss on a luxury cpo w warranty intact for 5 years is minimal. But i do find it interesting when people online say they are breaking even when they flip their cpos..i guess these would be good friends to have when going to the dealership.

^^ You can't transfer a Lexus CPO warranty.
