Default ATF in GS300 2006

Dear all,

I have enquiry in Automatic Transmission Fluid with filter in Lexus GS300 2006 RWD that how much liter takes when we change ATF with filter?

Dear thank for link I just wondering because I already change ATF with filter and gasket but the mechanical that he change ATF he only use 4 liter so I ask my dealer and they told me it take 5 liter and now I am confuse shell I take me car to another mechanical or it is ok. And assume that the ATF was less it will damage my car or it fine?

Did he just do drain and fill or did he hook it up to the machine?

ATF is one of the things you should take to the dealer. Now that whomever's worked on your car has messed up the oil level inside the car, it is unknown how much should be put in there. I'm sure the dealer should know how to remedy this.

Thank my dear,

But the problem is the dealer not supporting our car in gulf country because I import my car from America anyhow thank for advice.

I didn’t get your point what you mean by machine? If you mean how it fill I think it was by using pump.

Others can chime in but because we have sealed tranny, you are suppose to use something like this

If you want it done properly. Most dealers ive seen have this type of machine
