Default Do I really need to replace the shock mount?

Hi All,
I had my car in to have the driver's side shock replace with warranty and my Lexus Dealer is happy to do it, but recommend that I replace the shock mount with it (not covered and cost $200.00) eventhough there's nothing wrong with it. The justification from the service advisor is that since the labour is included in the warranty and that it is normal to replace the shock mount with shock replacement. I just have a problem with replacing something when there's nothing wrong with it, but I don't know about this kind of thing. Would appreciate if anybody can provide some guidance here. Thanks in advance.

It a suggested replacement when doing shocks, but it does not cost $200 i remember i checked sewellparts.com and they were like $50.

Thanks GS350. Would you happen to remember what the part number is? I just placed an order with Sewell so maybe I can tag it along as well.
