so I've been finding myself driving with the E brake on for about 15 miles or so before I realize it. it's happened about 5 times...my question is if any real harm can happen to the car, i.e. drivetrain, braking system, etc? thanks in advance for chiming in.

if you mean squealing brakes (yelling) mines doesn't yell! lol, but the steering wheel and seat position prevents me from seeing the flashing light indicator. besides if my car did attempt to yell it isn't loud enough to be heard with the windows up and the system pounding..i drive with a gangsta lean!

well I've done the seat belt buzzer hack and maybe it's tied into the same alert function because mines doesn't say anything. all good though since the worst thing that can happen is that I will burn the rear brakes out. I have uninstalled rotors and brakes and am waiting for my front calipers to arrive. I'll be more vigilant in checking before I driver off in the future.
