Lexus of queens reviews ?

Does anyone want to chime in on their experience at this dealership?
My recent visit was not the greatest and I have a low tolerance when it comes to things of this nature.

I got a mechanic 2 minutes away from me with his own shop that owns a Lexus himself, did my LS400 timing belt back in the day, so they are Ok. I just hate waiting in a dirty shop while the work is being done, which is why I was looking forward to visiting a dealer. Driving to NJ for service is just nuts. Luckily the car rarely needs anything. I was just hoping for a bit more professional service.
