The tsb should cover it... If there are thousands of people complaining about the same issue such as this...they will cover it...its what the tsb is for...u just have to press them...with that being said im having so many issues with CPO...im starting to really hate my dealership. Its like i have to go in there and beg them to address my issues...my water pump grinding and making noise for 4 months took it in 3 times before they even had a look at it. U have no idea guys....

no thats what recalls are for. dealerships are not obligated to do tsb work especially if you are out of warranty. if your still covered by your CPO then the dealer should do the work if you bring in the tsb with you and show them. if they still refuse or cant repeat the issue, go to a different dealer.

i have a squeak/rattle coming from the driver side dash/instrument area. i got the felt, just need to stick it in there later today and i'll post if it goes away. I don't hear any rearview mirror, sunroof or driver side door rattles, but i'll see once i put the felt in. I have a non ML systems, 07 GS350

update-no dash rattle/squeaks. i do get a little bit of squeaking from the center armrest area, but when i still my ipod intergration, i'll see what i can do to fix it. the only other noise I get is when the A/C is on. I'll remove the vents and see if any thing is broken in there. I'm still going install the felt in the dash, just for good measure.
