Default gs430 re-learning driving habits

hey guys, i'm hoping someone might know about how long a 2006 GS430 takes to re-learn your driving habits. my car was in an accident and was in the shop for 3 months (long story and yes it really sucked) so the battery was completely dead and replaced as well as a junction block under the dash. so after i got it back a few weeks ago i noticed it seemed to idle really high, around 1000+ in park and around 750+ in drive while stopped. it also seemed to not really know when to shift and was sometimes a hard shift. i talked to the dealership and they said i just need to drive it so it re-learns the correct fuel/air mix and shift points for my driving style. well it's been almost 3 weeks and its still not that much better. the problem is i only drive about 10 miles round trip to work and back so it hasn't had a lot of miles. they told me a couple of weeks but i'm sure they're assuming i drive farther then i do. does anyone know how many miles i should put on it before i go back and talk to the shop? if it was from the accident i want to make sure i get it taken care of and am not going back 6 months later and trying to get them to fix it. thanks in advance!
