I have an 08' GS350 and it is completely stock... I want to know is adding a K&N air charger kit worth it? Does it affect the interior noise at cruising speed? I want to keep the luxury quite cabin but add some HP. any ideas?

You wont really add much hp with just a filter. It should have a deeper sound when you punch the gas. So if you wanted to keep the engine quite this is not the way to go really.

I have the typhoon aluminum intake tube with the cone.
Big difference compared to stock my cabin remains relatively quiet until I punch it then it roars.
As far as hp it's subjective I feel maybe 10-15% hp compared to stock .

I have the same complete K&N typhoon intake. Not much notice on the HP but sounds great when you punch it. Not change in sounds/noise at cruising speeds.

K&N filters doesn't increase HP. Keep it stock for your needs.

Believe it or not some times these air intake kits decrease power. Because the airbox pulls in cooler air.

Well a GS 350 has what 303 hp? So you think you gained between 30-45 hp from a K&N intake?

My 07 gs 250 is riding rough kinda misfire after i changed my spark plugs with the exact fit Denso spark plus ... any one has a suggestions? is it because of the air filter? i haven't done any major maintenance as far as the engine compartment is concern ... the only thing i have done in the last five years is oil change, brakes .. i have 140k miles on it... the car vibrates like its running out of power at 25 miles per hour....
