I'm in the same boat as you are. I bought a 2008 GS350 AWD at the first of September. No owner's manual in it. I ordered one through Lexus right after that, but nothing came, so today I tried again. I've already learned some things about the warning lights that can come on. The fuel system is very sensitive, I replaced my gas cap the first time that the warning lights came on, that worked, then they came on again fairly recently. I had my mechanic pull the code for me, it was related the catalytic converters, then they went off like before I got home. I read that topping of your gas tank when you fill up can cause this, so I stopped doing that, and they have not come back on. I also read that you should, under no circumstances let someone talk you into replacing your cats, because the Toyota/Lexus are some of the best ones made. I also learned that there is a switch underneath the glove box that is for you to select between two sets of tires, like winter or summer, I had some audio extras installed by a car stereo place, and they accidentally hit that button, which will cause your low tire warning light to come on, even if you have proper inflation. I am liking the car more and more as time goes by. I love the steering tightness and the turning radius is excellent, and of course the engine is a beast. My only nitpick is that I wish that it weren't as rough going over bumps. I understand that it's a sportier suspension, but in my opinion they could refine it more. But that's the only thing. The car is just drop-dead gorgeous. Let me know if I can try to be of any more help to you. EricD.
