Need help with rims setup
I am purchasing these rims http://www.ebay.com/itm/271163963113...84.m1438.l2649 to go on my black 07 gs350. Will I need to do any mods to put them on? I am going to use a 225 35 20 tire.

According to the specs everything looks fine. Offsets etc... You shouldn't have any issues with the calipers. Those tires should't rub. To be safe you may consider a 225/30/20. Just my opinion I'm know wheel expert.

I have been doing my homework but I cannot find out. Is it the offset that would tell me if the wheels can fit? Also staggered setup seems like to much work with rolling and fender work blah blah blah. I just want to put wheels on a drive.

you didnt even tell us if your on coils, lowering springs, etc.
your getting aftermarket wheels. 20's at that, most likely your gonna be needing fender work unless the offsets really conservative.
my suggestion, go to the IS fitment threads, see an particular stance fitment you like and work your way from there.
Wheel fitment, tire size, etc. is a science, and once you get that down, you'll know how the particular width, offset, etc. change the stance

Ya no coilovers or anything fancy over here. Everything stock. I have had several sets of 20's in the past on my other cars. Just bought them and put them on never had a problem. But the front caliper on these cars is what worried me so I thought I would chime in for some input on this.

I run staggered AWD, 10.5 rear width, and with stock suspension I do not rub, in the rear. These GS's just look a lot better with wider rear wheels. Skinny wheels in the back just doesnt look right unless your on air suspension and have it slammed to the ground.
Also these wheels although the price is good but, there kinda bland
