Thanks Morganc!
LexToy3: There are far more good reviews about the product than bad. After googling it, I have seen a few threads on other sites and on YouTube. One in particular was a BMW whose motor was making all kinds of noises and running pretty badly. I think some of the bad experiences may have been user error but for a few it just didn't turn out good for whatever the reason.![Dunno](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/13879dunno.gif)

Ibidu1:Yes the plugs were OEM. Lexus cleaned the throttle body and changed the spark plugs but neither helped. In fact the problem became worse after having this done. I really believe that it's carbon build up and I need to have the top engine cleaneing after reading a few more threads on here. Someone suggested doing some harsh driving (Wide Open Throttle) to try and clean some of the carbon out. I did and it actually did help a little bit with the rough idle when coming to a stop. I'm sure it's probably not going to solve the problem but at least that makes me believe the issue is definitely carbon related.
